Delete your account
Delete it directly in the app, or request deletion here if you no longer have access.
- In the app: open Profile → Privacy and data → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate after confirmation.
- Without app access: send the request on WhatsApp and include your account email. We will verify your identity before processing it.
What is deleted
Your login account, profile, routines, reminders, habits, intake history, check-ins and wellbeing notes.
What may be retained
Commercial records created outside the app, only when legally required. You do not need to provide health data for us to process the request.
